Much Time Do I Have to File My Lawsuit?
This is a commonly

within 1 Year from the date of the incident, if you have a claim for:

Some examples of intentional torts include: Defamation, Libel, Slander,
False Imprisonment, Malicious Arrest
CLAIMS
AGAINST THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI OR GOVERNMENT ENTITY
(You must file a Notice of Claim within 90 days of the incident with
the appropriate State agency)
